Connection lost airport extreme

Hi all,

Just purchased a brand new airport extreme and I am losing the connection to the internet. Not just via wifi even if I plug my macpro directly into the airport cant get out until I recycle the the airport. This is happening a lot (multiple times a day) and surprised the indication light always stays green on the AP.

Not sure what I should do, I tried changing the wifi channels cause I assumed it was a wireless issue however just tested the hardwire and when it is down via wireless its down via hardwire.

If anyone has any ideas or if I can do some sort of test from the airport utility app that would give me something to go on...
