I own an Airport express (n-Standard) and use it with my ADSL model - all works fine.
When unplug my Airport Express and I configure my Airport extreme station exactly like the Express, the speed of the internet connection
drops down by 80% ....
Any help?

How old is your Airport Extreme and have you downloaded the most recent Firmware Update for it? That really helped my older model.

I have an airport extreme that is only 2 months old and while my wired connections seem okay (5-15 ms Ping), my wireless is not so good. It gets hung, and I am usually getting only 100ms ping. Are your slow speeds over wireless or wired?
I have attached a Drive to the AEBS to house all my media, but with the wireless speed, I may be forced to do something different.
