Malaysia Tax free (VAT)

Hi, I would like to oder iphone 4 in Malaysia app store, but i'm not citizen of Malaysia. How can I get Tax Free(VAT)?

I'm now in Georgetown (Penang Island), but anyway Ican ask my friend who live here, buy it for me using his credit card andbilling address from local app store (http://store.apple.com/my/browse/home/shop_iphone/family/iphone).Now price is 1800 ringgits, but soon I leave Malaysia and will pay tax in myown country, so the question is how can I get tax free for this phone in Malaysia?Is this price (1800) is including some local tax or not?

You are confused on many things here. You cannot buy Apple hardware from the Mac App Store or any of the iTunes Stores. You must buy Apple hardware from the Apple online stores. To purchase Apple hardware in in the Apple online store for a particular country, you must have a bank card from a bank in that country and the bank account must have a billing address in that country. You cannot buy Apple hardware in a particular country's online Apple store and have it shipped to another country unless it is an Apple regional store that serves a number of countries.

You will need to be more explicit about your siyuation to get a more specific answer. Where are you located? Apple also will not help you if you are jusrt trying to avoid paying taxes.

In countries with a VAT, yes, the prices in the store usually include the taxes.

So, now I order the iphone from app store and soon it willbe delivered, after that what I need to do to get a tax free (money back), needgo somewhere or do. Could you explain me? Thank you.
