Is anyone else seeing this? When I use my Verizon LTE Mi-Fi, ichat drops the connections after a couple of minutes, and I have to manually reconnect. Don't see this on any other network.

It will depend on how this device maintains Always-On connections.
Web Browsers and Mail are only "Now And Then" users of the internet connections when they change/load pages or get/send mail.
Browsers and Mail will not notice if the connection is dropping every now and then.
I would try turning off any SSL login on any AIM Login you have.
(SSL needs Manual reset each time it is dropped)

Yep, I'm aware of that - and also aware that it used to work on 10.6 on both this, and a different device. It's something new introducted in Lion that drops the connection.
Any threads at Verizon on this ?
