Airport Express from purchased from Apple not shipping

I ordered an Airport Express from Apple last Friday. It is now Thursday an dthe unit is still "preparing for shipment" and has been since the weekend. Basically it is in limbo and I cannot buy elsewhere. Any ideas why it would not have shipped, or when it will ship, or even who I might contact?
