Is the iPhone 4s sold at apple.co.uk sim free?

Just wanted to double check if the iPhobe 4s sold on this site is indeed unlocked /sim free?

All iPhone4s sold by Apple Retail stores online or High Street are unlocked sim free as it says on the site
However unless you have a credit card with a UK Billing and Ship to Address you cannot buy online and Apple will only shop to that address in UK
Retail Stores any WW credit card will buy over the counter
