Bluetooth DBT-120 firmware update

I read the discussion online and it seems like i need to update the firmware to 1.2. I downloaded the updater from apple web site and try to run it, but it always goes back to idle and gives those error on the console:

I need to connect a bluetooth headset to my machine and thus need to update the adapter.
What is the correct course of action. I already tried to restart, reset PRAM to no availability.
