iTunes Match refund? No! You can't get a refund ......

Well! iTunes Match didn't work as the way it's supposed to be (messed up my album artworks, only matched 1400 out of 3200, songs aren't listed on iCloud, etc...). After 2 weks from the first contact with one of Apple rep, I got a reply (see below). For those who want a refund, Apple WILL NOT give your money back. They took our hard-earned $$ and walked away. iTunes Match is an half-baked product and it's broken.
