Can someone tell me what is creating these reminders?

I have reminders set up just with my sbcglobal email account but I have had 3 new reminder lists created automatically on my iPhone 4S. The below screenshot is an example. Can anyone tell me what is creating these reminders - they all have similar nomenclature? Thanks.
