Change wallpaper while horizontal and vertical
Can I change my wallpaper on my iPad lock and home screen to be different while the device is on landscape and portrait view?

I think this is what you are asking - you cannot have two different wallpapers - one for landscape view and one for portrait view - on the iPad.
