my sprint iPhone will not activate but it shows activated on my account how does this get fixed

What do mean by it won't activate? What is happening? What messages do you get?
Well I tried activating it over the phone with sprint and they activated it under the wrong number somehow and now my old phone or this phone will connect to a network or find service it says on my account that the iPhone is activated but when I use the phone alls it says is no service and then a message pops up that says I phone is not activated they had me reset it a billion times it still didn't work I don't know what sprint did to it but when I look under the phone settings it says that my number is unknown and when I look under the network it says no metwork service when it should say sprint when I first got this phone I checked all that stuff and it was all there allls they had to do was transfer my cell number and the managed to mess it and my old phone up so now I can't use either of them because they won't find the network
You're probably going to need to take both of them to a Sprint store to get this sorted out.
