Since Last update for Itunes in November 2011- my ipod is not synching podcasts?

Hello!

I have an ipod classic that now will not synch podcasts- have contacted podcasters and they have not altered their method of upload or specs of their video podcast. I only get an error stating the podcast will not play on my ipod. I have done the 5 R's and still no resolution. Any suggestions?
