apple id-change payment method and country

A few days back i made a purchase from itunes using my UK card details, which unforunately didn't have enough credit. My problem is that now i am in Greece and i cannot change my billing details using my greek debit card, because i have to change the country of residence first, which i cannot change because i have a problem with my previous card. It's a vicious cycle......

More analytically:

1. I don't have any other UK card and i cannot transfer money to the previous one.

2. I cannot just use my Greek debit card, because i have to change the Country of Residence, which, by the way, is in another link.

3. When i open the other link, i cannot change my country of residence because i have to change my billing information first, which is not possible.

4. And again....and again....

Any suggestions?
