iPod Touch won't sync.
I've restored my ipod, and it will not sync, it will start to, then just stop. please help.
At what stage (what does the progress bar near the top of iTunes indicate) is it stopping?

it does the preparing to sync, then it quits like I didn't do anything. It doesn't last very long either. I had a virus earlier that made my computer refuse to start. I'm wondering if the ipod touch has the virus as well, and am wondering also if it is, how do I remove the virus?
iPods really do not get viruses. However, the virus could have effected iTunes. I would try removing and installing all the Apple software:
