HUGE PROBLEM. C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\CoreFP\CoreFP.dll ISSUE.

Ok, so after a huge Itunes update catastrophe, I've spent a week trying to install and uninstall Itunes to make it work. Now when i try to download Itunes i get

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\CoreFP\CoreFP.dll Verify that you have access to this driver.

That might not be word for word but its very close. I am close to snapping this computer over my knee and buying an android. lol.

I'm running windows 7 64bit

Any Ideas on fixing this problem? i really need some help.
