How do you deleat apps that I will never use for my I touch 2nd generation

Delete them in iTunes (select them, then hit the delete key, then say trash when it asks). Then they will go away next time you sync.

You can not delete apps that came with the iPad when new. You can only delete the apps that you have installed. You just hold them down till a cross appears then you touch the mark and they are gone.

Those default apps from Apple that came with the iPod Touch cannot be deleted.
