Turn Off Ken Burns

All I want to do is to turn off the Ken Burns effect in iMovie for iOS.

Seems like it is a simple request. Seems like something that would have been a feature set in the initial release.

I did attempt the editing tricks found here, but it is not sufficient for accurate stop motion animation we are attempting with our students.

There is something to be said about simple and elegent, and the Ken Burns effect is neither.
