How do I download CDs to my Ipad?

Could you please tell me how to downloads my CDs to my Ipad and Iphone?

You can copy the music from the CD to iTunes, then sync iTunes with your devices.

Are you talking about music CDs? Put them in the computer, open iTunes, Import the CD, then drag the music onto your device.
