BUG: Incorrect Results Per Page in Search feature

When using the "Search Forum" feature, selecting a different "Results Per Page" does not work correctly.
Selecting 30 Results only gives 24 results back, until the user navigates to the next set of results. There is also a quirk when changing between Date and Relevance sort parameters that intermittently causes the truncation of results such that instead of 10 results, only 4 appear, until the user navigates to the next page of results.
It appears that the first page of the Search Results are affected. Further pages seem to be okay.
