lost some of my music in itunes. How to fix?

My PC crashed, I did back it up but still lost some songs in my itunes library. I want to know if I sync my ipod touch to my PC, then Itunes will transfer all the songs to my ipod ( which has lost some songs) or it will transfer all the songs from my ipod to my itunes library?
