Restore partition

I have a Mac Bookair and 3 partitions in my hard drive, I wanted to delete 1 partition to add a space for the system (Lion) partion 1, so I moved all files in partition 2 to partition 3, but somehow when I used Disk Utilities to delete patition 2, it deleted both 2 and 3 and merged them as big one blank partition, now I ve just two partitons the system and the other new partition that is blank.. how can I recover my files or restore the partions..

P.S: I kept the new partition untouched...
