HELP. My Mac has been "Rick Rolled" on Safari. How can I stop this?

How to stop th eRick Rolled on Safari? Google Chrome works but I have to force quit Safari and then it keeps coming back.

You don't tell us what Mac OS version you're running. I'll assume it's 10.7. Select Safari > Preferences > Privacy > "Remove all website data." Then quit Safari and relaunch it by holding down the shift key and clicking its icon in the Dock. That will stop the page from reloading automatically.


Open your Downloads folder and delete anything you don't recognize.

When I start up Safari, my screen automatically goes to a pop up saying I've been Rick Rolled. The pop up dances about the screen. I must use launch pad to freeze the pop up and then Force Quit Safari. When i restart, it happens again. I've tried this several times. Even shutting down completely and then starting up. Google Chrome is not affexted. Please help!
