error when exporting

I'm not using a Mac (I know, Gasp! Right?), am running Win 7.

Trying to export a movie file to upload to YouTube and i keep getting a "error -36: I/O error" message.

What can I do to fix this? I'm using QuickTime Pro and this is for my job.
