Help! Drops of red wine spilled on my Iphone!

A couple of drops (literally, drops) of red wine spilled on my iphone. It fell right on the speaker at the top. I dried it off, checked the phone, and everything worked except I couldn't hear anything out of the speaker. I could hear on speaker phone and with the earbuds. I then put it in rice and turned it off. Is there anything else I can do?
