my iphone wont connect to itunes

hello my new iphone 4 will not connect to itunes. it willl connec tot the computer like a camera and makes the sound but will not show up in itunes. it worked before also. any solutions?

iPhone 4, iOS 5.0.1

it will connect to other computers itunes as well
