Spot Shadow in Final Cut Pro X - Sports

I am sure there is a way, but I am a novice to Final Cut Pro X. I am putting together a team highlight film, and want to be able to "Spot shadow" or highlight one player in a freeze frame to make them stand out vs the other players. Is there a way to do this? Or, maybe if I could leave that one player in color and the rest was black and white.

Any adivce would be greatly appreciated
