I NEED MY WIFI. It will not connect and it is making me quite mad. I click it, enter the password and it shows that i have wifi then it will go away. Then by the wifi name in the wifi settings, it shows the loading circle.. It will not show the checkmark. >:(

Did also try delete your Wi-Fi entry then go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings?
The EXACT same thing is happenin to me!... I have an iPod touch a it used to be able to connect to the wifi just fine, but all of a sudden t stopped working. My friends can all connect to the wifi, but my iPod is the only thig that can't... It's so aggravating. Oh and btw I tried everything.. It's my school wifi too btw. Any ideas?
Well, saying you have the same problem doesn't help us to help you.
Can you tell us what you tried to resolved the issue.
First off, what iPhone IOS do you have?
Did you try reset see below.
Do a reset (Hold Sleep/Wake and Home buttons about 10 secs or more till Apple logo appears)
It would also help if you log into iPhone section since it's about iPod Touch here.

Maybe firewall, or MAC filtering or Security (WPA2). You said something about school, are you allows to join?
Well i just started using this supoort thing, and this is what sounded extremely similar to my problem so i didnt know, but yes ive tried resetting the network settings resetting the phone i did the dorget this network and then tried again ove pretty much done eerything in the book, i have an iphone 3gs. All the softwares are updated and everything. My boyfriend has the exact same phone an its new as well and his connects to my home wifi fine
alright, now my ipod can connect to the school's wifi. I will check when i get home to see if it will connect to my wifi. If not, IM CALLING APPLE hahah.
yes because the log in screen usually pops up. but this morning it said something about the hotspot? I don't remember. I don't believe its a mac, because the main supplier of computers here is HP. Only the art room and writting lab are macs
I'm not computer smart, sorry. Like, I didn't understand what you just said.. I'm going to call Apple tonight and ask them about it. All I know is that it wouldnt connect like for about a week now and I just updated it to the 5.0.1 yesterday. And now I can't use my new features. I'm sad. hah
