Wells Fargo loggin blocked for latest version of Mac OS X users!

Greetings All: Is anyone else who banks with Wells Fargo having trouble logging in to their accounts? I called their customer service line and was told that Wells Fargo had not validated the latest version of Mac OS X and that it would be "A while" before they would get around to authorizing the latest Apple update. I asked her if she realized there are "quite a few Mac users out there now who would not be happy about having their ability to access Wells accounts blocked" and was told Wells wanted to ensure the integrity/security of the updated OS and that "Wells is more of an Internet Explorer type of company.......

Hah! Typical answer from support.

I have Wells Fargo, the latest Safari, and OS X.7.2 and have no problems.

What are your issues?

Try a different browser or try clearing your browser's cache. Wells Fargo is not blocking Apple computers.

I have had some issues with the Wells Fargo Login also. I wait and wait and get a white screen. I wait about 2 minutes and then I click inside the white screen and can see that my cursor is able to click and then eventually I can see my accounts.

I have also choosen to use Firefox 8 and I don't have problems with Firefox just Safari. Every once in awhile I forget and use Safari and just wait and click within the blank white page.

I have tried the clearing cache and clearing cookies, allowing popups, etc...but even with the most recent updates applied which included Java I still have issues with Safari, Wells Fargo, on Snow Leopard.

I have also been having the exact same problem as described. Occasionally it will login normally but most of the time it is the white screen.

It has to be either something in your cache or something with Flash. Granted I am running 10.7.2 here but I have no issues logging into Wells Fargo on the newest Safari.

No because I either physically walk into their bank to conduct business or do it over the phone. This way, I NEVER have to worry if anything goes wrong with their website or my computer.

When it comes to banking you should NEVER depend on conducting financial business online unless you have a PLAN B! 😉
