MoreFiles.PM "...don't have permission"

On every restart I was getting an error message generated by auto-restarting TextEdit that says, "The document “MoreFiles.pm” could not be opened. You don’t have permission."

Found it listed in my login startup items, so deleted it from there. Now I don;t get the error message,

But does anyone have an idea what this file is/was/does? I cannot locate it with Finder.
