Swedish language Ipod touch

I had been using my ipod touch with a Pc laptop. Upon hooking up to my Mac it wouldn't work so i reinstalled the OS while trying to save my data. When it came up it was in swedish. This would be great if I were a 1960's movie director, but i'm not.

I can't get past the basic menus on it. How do I reset the language on it, without losing my data?
