I have been trying all week to log out so I can make an account for my son. But every time I try to log out it freeze. Any hint or ideas would be awesome thanks.

I have been playing around withit all morning and after having phoned the help line to be told to look on theweb site I think I have solved my sign out issue. I opened iTunes in safe modeand then signed out and when I restarted my computer I could sign in and out.The page that helped me with this was http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1717
Why can't i sign out of my itunes account?
