How do I transfer books to my iPhone without having to sync the whole thing?

I'm using my work computer to transfer a couple of books on to my iPhone. The problem is that this isn't the computer that I registered my iPhone to. How can I transfer said books without having to sync and delete everything that I already have on my iPhone?
