iTunes home page

I s there a site I can go to that shows how to manage theiTunes home page? I am running Windows 7 home and using iTunes 10.5 and have a iPhone 3GS and a iPad 2 coming. I have a few questions, when I am looking for anapp on iTunes and found one in iTunes Preview below the particular icon of that app it says “view in iTunes”. I willclick on it and the iTunes home page comes up on my 2rd monitor and across thetop says “accessing iTunes store” itshows loading ,loads then nothing a blank iTunes page. The other question is when I connect tothe iPad to iTunes the first time can Isync it to what I have on my iPhone and all will work on my iPad? Thanks forthe help funnnyfarm
