You may want to contact HP and discuss iPrint. Ask if the printer can be configured with out a router.

The problem I have with that, is that the I Pad 2 has Bluetooth and if the wireless keyboard can work via bluetooth and the HP officejet 100 and the cannon ip 100 also has Bluetooth why can it not work?
No. Apple has not provided a bluetooth print driver. Nor do they allow you to load a driver.
I think you saw Mac OS X. Mac OS X run on Apple's line of laptops & desktops. Ios runs on the iPad.
