Did you report your problem to Apple? If you didn't - they couldn't possible know that you have a problem. If you posted here and the post was abusive in some - that is why it got deleted. This is not where you report issues to Apple anyway. This a user to user forum only. Apple will never respond to a post or a problem that you post on this site.

You do realize that you are in the vast minority as well not being able to connect to the iTunes Store so there is nothing for Apple to fix. It is quite possible that the problem is on your end - antivirus software, firewall - something like that.

Have you tried rebooting your router? - unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again. Did you look through hres and follow all of the links in this article.

Can't connect to the iTunes Store

I don't know anything about the Windows OS so I can't be of any help there. Did you try temporarily disabling your firewall or your antivirus software?

The article that I referenced above has a link to advanced iTunes Store connection troubleshooting. That may be of some help. Did you go through this procedure to remove iTunes and reinstall it?

Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP

I have had my own issues with my iPad since I updated to iOS 5 so I do understand how frustrating all of this can be. I don't know how long you have had your iPad but if it is less than 90 days old you are entitled to free phone support. If you cannot find any other way to make this work - Apple Genius Bar appointments are free. You may have to wait to be seen - but it's better to wait at an Apple Store and have a genius find a solution than it is having an iPad that isn't working properly.
