Loading Samples into EXS24......

Ok, so I've created some new banks, etc... from my own sounds I've made and what I've noticed is that the timestretching is HORRIBLE in the sampler! The same sample loaded into the EXS24 and set to 130BPM sounds completely off compared to me taking one of my audio samples, putting it into an audio track and having it timestretched appropriately at the same speed. Is there something I'm doing wrong with the EXS24 or does it just not try and calculate the appropriate way to play the sample at a certain BPM? Please someone tell me I'm missing something because the last thing I want to do is NOT have the ability to create soundbanks that I can play in the EXS24 at any speed and have it sound right. Can anyone offer any insight? I just want my sounds to sound appropriate for the BPM through the EXS24 if this is possible. Thanks!

I guess coming from the Ableton world and having that process just be part of the DAW, I'm a little lost as to why I would even begin to want to go through GIGS of one shots, vocal snippets, etc... and have to time stretch each and every one of them to a particular BPM. Even more so I would have to pick a certain BPM and ONLY work with that BPM or I'd have to go back and re timestretch every sample I want to use in those sample banks for that particular composition. It would literally take me a lifetime to go through the banks I've setup just to get them all set to a BPM of say....135? There's GOTTA be an easier way....somebody, anybody?

its done differently in logic. you would use the loops as audio regions on audio tracks, it actually is generally more practical to do it that way.

the way different grooves were set up in the esx was with groove control, which spliced the groove into its consituent samples and a chromatic scale on a midi track to playback the esx where the samples were loaded into.

if time stretching is a must in your sampler, then you can buy 3rd party software samplers.
