Issue after Lion upgrade - recognising older OS iPad
I have the older OS on one family iPad and now it doesn't show Lion upgrade - Any ideas

Try this and see if it works. Quit iTunes on the Mac, restart the Mac, restart the iPad, connect the iPad to your Mac, launch iTunes and see what happens.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
