How can I use enhanced tuning live without all of the reverb from the microphone and speakers?

I am a musician and would like to use enhanced tuning live for some effects in some songs. The only problem is, when I plug my laptop into the speakers, the microphones seem to cause reverb with the system. Any thoughts?
