My iphone 4s is at MEMPHIS, TN with Commercial Invoice is incomplete.!!!
what does this mean? and who will complete the invoice? am i supposed to do something or i should just wait?

I also meet with the same problem! My iphone 4S shows Clearance Delay in Memphis, TN yesterday! I called both Fedex and Apple but they didn't give me the exact reasons or how to solve it. Hope it will be solved soon!
I called Fedex again and they said they just received a bunch of Ipod products and they are dealing with the paper work together for them. They said there is no problem and we don't need to contact the shipper(they will do it for us) and we could still expect it arrive on time (It will probably go through clearance by tomorrow).
hi, i had the same problems you guys are having with my iphone 4s.
i called both apple and ipad, the told me they were solving the problems.
the shippment stays in customs until they solve it.
how much time does it usually take to get out again for shipping to its final destiny?
am i still going to get on the delivery date (w 14) ??

The Fedex representative who answered my phone said we could still expect it arrive on time(Mine is also 14th). But who knows.... 😟 Hope we will get the delivery turn to normal ASAP.

oh yeah thats what they also told me, i hope we recieve that same date. but im fraking out because the on the fedex page they havent updated nothing yet

It is completely normal for Apple products to be delivered on (or sometimes before) the delivery date that Apple gives you.
Obsessive tracking does nothing but unecessarily increase your blood pressure.
Hey guys, i just called Fedex and they confirmed that our shipment will be delivered without delay as it was released from the customes..i dont know why does apple bring our items from China??
