iTunes read only issue

Our school district has iTunes installed on all computers. Some teachers are having problems opening iTunes because of security errors. It has to do with the iTunes folder or files within it being marked as read only.

We can fix their problem by marking the folder as not read only. However this is temporary and it appears that the folder continues to change where at least some files are read only.

Has anyone experienced this problem? Long term solution?
