manage wiki pages with dreamweaver?

Is there an easy way to manage existing wiki pages with dreamweaver? I would prefer a better interface to adding, or managing web content, since the wiki is limited from the GUI and I do not know enough HTML to edit via code.

Does anyone have, or can point me to a step by step setup if this is possible?

I have tried to set up a site and was successfull in downloading (some or all?) of my group wiki content, however when I edited a page, then uploaded, or put, the index.html was the same, un-edited. So I am assuming I did not set something up correctly here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
