dropbox will not work on 4s

is this because of icloud

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.0.1

Don't think so. I have iCloud enabled and Dropbox works fine. Try deleting and reinstalling the Dropbox app and see if that fixes it.

Yes, I also use iCloud and Dropbox on my 4s with no problems.
