Would like to hire someone to set up my server

I'm looking to hire someone to set up our server correctly. I've tried and get stuck on the open directory thing. I don't want someone that wants me to settle for an answer like "just because" or "you don't need to know why" I want to know how this thing works. We use OS X Tiger Server on a G3 with 3 drives, keeping the system on one and the other two set up in a raid. We use our server for file sharing, but i would like to host a web site that uses CGI to let our customers upload files to us and I would like us to be able to log-on to any of the computers here and access our home folder and possibly our email. please drop a note to hooperprinting@gmail.com

The guy to hire is John DeTroye, Apple Sr. Consulting Field Engineer, Denver area. If you can't get him, I suggest you print out his very practical step-by-step guide to server setup and use, a 27-page compressed pdf file which downloads with this link:

DHCP/DNS/ Open Directory Setup

The guide is for 10.3, but set up for 10.4 is almost identical. Print it out and mark it up while you follow his procedure. I found the Server manuals very difficult to use, as they are reference manuals to cover every possible case, not the "how to" manuals most mere mortals require.
