HI there is no soud getting out of my computer i'm freaking out here. when i try to put the sound louder there's a signe that tells me i can't!!!!!!!!!

Go to your Apple menu (top left in your screen) then from the drop down menu click System Preferences then select Sound.

Make sure the Mute button is not checked.

If that doesn't work try restarting your computer.
