can't download fro ITunes

I can access ITunes and the music store but when I try to download anything ITunes tells me its accessing music store and just carries on like this forever and never downloads anything. Help!!!!!!

Problems connecting to the iTunes Music Store usually stem from issues with the Windows firewall, a privacy filter (such as Mcafee) or a download accelerator. Start here:
