Is It Possible to Create Scrolling Credits in iMovie 11?

I made a movie in version 09 and used scrolling credits and other "moving" text throughout the movie and it worked great.

Now I'm trying to do something similar with vesion 11 and can't seem to find WHERE in the pull-down menus and various boxes I can accomplish this!

Tried to open my raw version 09 movie to see what the effect was called and where it could be found but instead of getting my older movie, it keeps opening this most recent project.

That's troubling.

HOWEVER, I'm working against a deadline and so for now just need to figure out how to do moving text in iMovie 11.
