Just wondering if anyone has successfully used the m-audio Axiom series of midi controllers with Logic Express 9 on a system running Lion. The Axiom series has a feature called DirectLink and I would like to know if that specific function works with Logic Express.

Just curious if you found out anything about DirectLink compatability with Logic.
Really frustrated to have purchased the Axiom Pro 61, with its reputed "automatic" mapping to controllers in Logic Pro, only to find few of the commands actually work. I'm looking into Directlink, but that appears to only work up through OS X 10.7.4 and I am on 10.8.1, a brand new retina pro. I'll update if I figure this out!
I take it back. The axiom mapping does appear to work. The issue is on my end (user naivete!) and with better understanding Logic Pro. Fortunately, I signed up for a year's worth of One-on-One with purchase of my new Macbook. Hopefully, the Logic expert will help me resolve the issue.
