ring signals do not show up

I've been following all the discussions here and on internet.

Sorry, it does not work.Something is wrong.

I have converted for example Dark Side of the Moon (Transformers) I bought it on iTunes.

It's now a m4r file 29,9 sec long.

It shows up in Signals in the main menu of iTunes.

But it does'nt show up in the Signals for iPhone (in the Syncronization menu of iPhone)

It can not be copied from Signals to the iPhone Signals Library in iTunes.

So, what to do?
