    Hi Deina,

I've never heard of that problem before, but I can give some advice on troubleshooting it:

    • First of all, check that you have disabled all 'Accessibility settings' (in Settings > General > Accessibility)
    • Try rebooting your phone and see if it still happens

It might also be an issue of your cheeck touching the button during a call? Is the speaker phone on when answering the call without putting the phone to your ear?

I did check Accessibility settings. How can I reboot my phone?

To reset the phone, press the sleep and home button until the Apple logo comes back again.

Do you have a case around your phone that is covering the proximity sensor? If yes, remove it, to make sure the screen is shut off while taking a call. If the sensor is not working right, you might touch the screen with your cheek and activated the speaker that way.

To make sure the proximity sensor is working corrrectly, reset all settings in Settings/General/Reset -> Reset all settings.
