1st gen ipod nano returned but not received

Hi

I am trying to find a number or email address to speak to apple regarding my 1st gen ipod nano. i sent it back on the 28th November via royal mail in uk and it still hasn't been delivered according to the royal mail website or the apple repair service

can anyone help?
